Modifying Containers in a Stowplan

From the Stowplan Entry screen, you can perform a search for containers assigned to a vessel and update container information, such as the vessel location and container properties.

IMPORTANT: You can only modify container information in a stowplan up until the containers are discharged from a vessel; once the containers are discharged, the stowplan can no longer be updated.

To modify container information in a stowplan

1. Log into Mainsail Online, click Container and then select the Stowplan option. The Create Stowplan screen will open.

2. In the Create Stowplan screen, Container field, enter the container number. Click the down arrows in the Vessel and Inbound Voyage fields to select the inbound vessel voyage.

3. Click Search; the information for the container will display below.

4. In the stowplan entry fields, modify the information you want to change.

5. Click Update to save the container information.
