Notice that the Prelodge Confirmation screen includes a Visit Number; you must give this number to the truck driver assigned to that transaction; the truck driver will use this number to enter the terminal gate.
From the Successfully Created screen, you can perform the following additional actions:
Add another Prelodge Record: you may want the trucker visiting the terminal to complete more than one transaction during that visit (deliver or pick up additional containers or cargo). From the Successfully Created screen, you can use the Select Prelodge drop-down menu to select another transaction for that visit; the options remaining in the drop-down menu are the ones still available for that visit.
Delete the
Prelodge Record: click the red delete button in
the Successfully Created view to delete the record you created. If there
are no other prelodge records saved against that visit number, the visit
will also be deleted.
Add Hazards to a Prelodge: click the Container number in the Successfully Created screen. In the opened container detail view, Hazards tab, click Add Hazard. In the New Hazard screen, enter the hazardous information for the container and then click Create to enter that information.
